After realizing that the kit lens just wasn't doing it for me anymore, I decided to make the investment in a 50mm lens! SO much fun! I'm still trying to get used to it, but so far so good! I'll be uploading photo's I've taken with it very very soon (like probably today)

So, it has been a long time -- almost 3 years I believe -- since I've been on dA.
I'm really excited to be back and I can't wait to be a part of this community again! I've missed it.

I recently got a new camera (Canon Rebel T3!) and looking back through my gallery of photos from so long ago, I've realized how much my art has changed. It's kinda cool to see, so I'm leaving a lot of my old photos in my gallery, even though they don't necessarily showcase who I am as a photographer anymore.

Hopefully there will be more new art to come very, very soon!

Hey everyone!
I keep forgetting to reply to all of my messages, so i juts wanted to say thanks to everyone who has added me to their watch, or add my deviations to their favourites and hasen't got thanked yet! so, ya, THANK YOU!!!!!

Wow, I havn't wrote since December!! That a long time!

How was everyone's March Break?? Mine was pretty good. On saturday (the 14th) I went curling for the fist time since I was 5 or 6... I don't really remeber. We (and by we I mean my team Emily [aka ShadowGirl271] and Mhari) lost both our games, but our goal was to have the most fun, and that was deffinatly achived! lol! Good times! o, and also, if you know anything about curling then you will know that there are usually 4 people on a team, but we only had 3, to it was more difficult for us!
After that, on Monday, my family and I took the train to Montreal! We were there until thursday. We did a lot of things, like visit museums, go shopping, and we even went to the Montreal Canadiens VS. the New York Rangers hockey game! It was AWESOME! Then, I went to Emily's house friday night, then babysat on saturday, and now it is sunday, and I am resting and finishing up some homework! Hope you guys had an awesome March Break too! good luck waking up for school on monday!! lol. I know I'll have trouble!

OH! and since this is my first journal in the new year...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! IT'S 2009!!!! lol
